• Spot Trading: 0.1% maker/taker fee
• Futures Trading: 0.02% maker/taker fee
• Withdrawals: Network gas fees only
• Deposits: No deposit fees
• Price feeds and API access subject to additional terms

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, designs, and software, is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or data
• Technical glitches or platform downtime
• Your investment losses or poor trading decisions
• Third-party services or payment processors

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Fail KYC verification
• Violate regulations or sanctions
